Family Photoshoot @ Singapore Botanic Gardens
No matter how difficult and heavy your week/day has been, this little pumpkin will warm your heart!
We all are living under hard times and simple days like this are not being allowed in some many nations at this point. Hope is all we have! Hope that we’ll leave this Pandemic with a promise to live a more responsible and selfless life. More compassion. More love. More committed to our home Earth, our family as a human being, regardless race, religion or nation. More appreciation to our freedom, to simple moments like this—a walk in the park in a Sunday afternoon.
Ballet Photos in Singapore
Outdoor photoshoots can be challenging in Singapore: the heat and humidity can ruin any makeup, hair and removing the sweat stains on clothes on Photoshop can double the editing time! Even on a cloudy day, we were dripping! Poor Erivan—was almost dehydrated at the end of the session! But is still fun! :)
I’m so grateful for each session, each person I’ve met through photography. It’s a constant learning, an opportunity to improve and make a better work every time. Sometimes I miss New York streets and the golden sunset shining between the buildings, but the challenge of working with a different light, new se up, new city is so rich! That’s the chance for me to look for new angles, strength my technique, get out of the box!
This was my first shoot with Erivan and I’m sure, won’t be the last! I’m still exploring this new territory—Singapore and ballet photos. Excited for this new path! :)
